Round Cakes (3 Layers)

6-inch cakes: $37. Serve 8 to 12. 9-inch cakes: $55. Serve 12 to 16.

Chocolate: Chocolate cake with chocolate icing

Mexican Chocolate: Cinnamon-spiced chocolate cake with chocolate icing

Hazelnut Chocolate: Hazelnut cake with chocolate icing

Vanilla Cake with Fruit Preserves: Vanilla cake, tofu cream and raspberry, strawberry or blueberry preserves.

Strawberry Shortcake (Seasonal): Lightly orange-flavored cake, tofu cream and fresh strawberries

Carrot Cake: Carrot cake, apple butter filling and tofu cream icing

Hazelnut Raspberry: Hazelnut cake, tofu cream and raspberry preserves or fresh raspberries (seasonal)

Loaves (Serve 8 to 10)

Minimum of 2 loaves of any one flavor: $18/loaf.

Options: Available in spelt or unbleached white/whole wheat flours, with maple syrup or rice syrup sweeteners.
